Contest Rules Rules of the Trompos Space World Contest 2026. Entry is free and no purchase is required. These rules govern entries, voting and prizes; the Privacy Policy explains data processing. Accepting the rules does not subscribe you to marketing.

Entries and voting: from 1 October 2026 at 00:00:00 until 24 December 2026 at 23:59:59, Europe/Madrid time. Registration of entries and votes stops at the closing time. Results from 25 December 2026 at 00:00, once the necessary checks have been carried out. Winners will be contacted during the immediately following days.

This edition uses document version V3. Each acceptance is linked to its text and version, verified identity, date and, where applicable, video. Earlier versions retain their own evidence and are not changed retrospectively.

Participation The person submitting the video must be an adult with sufficient legal capacity to accept these rules and grant the permissions. They must verify their email using an OTP code and provide their first name and surname(s). They may add a public alias and optional private Instagram and TikTok accounts.

Each video requires a title of up to 80 characters and belongs to exactly one category. Maximum duration: 90 seconds. Maximum size shown in the form: 500 MB. No description is required. A person may submit multiple videos, including in the same category, subject to individual review and the rules against abuse.

Submitting a video does not guarantee publication. Public identity is the alias, if provided, or first name and the initial of the first surname. Email, full surnames, private social accounts and internal account data are not published.

Categories Tricks & Skills: spinning-top skills. Funny Moments: humour and original moments. Amazing Places: videos in distinctive locations. Each video competes only in its category.

Moderation Publication is not automatic. Uploading and technical processing are separate from moderation. Only a video that is ready to play and approved may be public. An entry may be pending, approved, rejected, disqualified or withdrawn; an upload may also fail without that being an editorial decision.

Trompos Space manually reviews videos and may reject, remove or disqualify them for illegality, infringement of rights, image or privacy rights, offensive or inappropriate content, dangerous conduct, spam, abusive duplicates, fraud, manipulation, false statements or breach of these rules. Initial approval does not prevent later removal if a breach subsequently comes to light. Enquiries and complaints can be sent to the stated contact.

Voting terms Voting requires an email verified by OTP. Each person, identified through their verified identity, may vote once per video and may vote for different videos. They cannot vote for their own video. Email is not public. Switching accounts or using multiple identities does not allow one person to multiply votes on the same video.

Only valid votes recorded on the server count. Bots, automation, purchased or organised exchanged votes, multiple identities to increase votes, technical manipulation and any fraud intended to alter the result are prohibited. Trompos Space may audit and invalidate votes; invalidation still prevents that identity from voting again for that video.

Voting does not subscribe you to marketing or authorise video publication. Minors may validly accept only where applicable law allows, or with their legal representative's involvement where required. Verifying an email does not establish age, legal capacity or every consent that may be necessary.

Rankings and ties Rankings during the contest are provisional. They do not confirm prizes until closure, valid votes, eligibility, absence of fraud and the one-prize-per-person rule have been checked. No new votes are admitted after closure: only corrections for invalid votes, fraud, disqualifications, breaches or evidenced technical errors.

For each category's final podium, videos are ordered by valid votes after audit. If different participants have exactly the same final number of valid votes, the earlier submitted video takes priority, using the server's entry creation record. The technical display order of a provisional tie does not replace this final criterion. There is no subjective judging panel.

Prizes and winners €1,050 in Trompos Space gear in total: 3 categories with €350 each. In each category: 1st €200, 2nd €100 and 3rd €50. There are 9 prize positions before applying the per-person limit. Prizes are not cash.

Each prize is credit for Trompos Space gear, to be used in a single purchase. Products and shipping consume the credit; if the order exceeds it, the winner pays the difference. Unused credit is forfeited. Trompos Space's usual/original retail price applies, not temporary promotions intended to artificially change the value. Destination taxes, duties or customs charges are the winner's responsibility where legally applicable.

One real person may receive a maximum of ONE prize across the contest. If they occupy multiple prize positions, they keep the highest-value prize. Other positions pass to the next eligible participant in each category, moving positions down until the podium is filled where enough eligible people exist. For equal-value prizes in different categories, they keep the one whose video has more valid votes; if votes are also tied, they keep the earlier submitted video's prize. The organiser may allocate prizes manually. Previous public rankings may differ from the final podium.

Winners will be contacted through their verified email. They must respond within 7 calendar days of the first email. Where operationally reasonable, a reminder will be sent before reassignment. If they do not respond, decline, are ineligible, breach the rules or do not provide reasonably requested identity or permission evidence, the prize passes to the next eligible participant in accordance with the ranking and one-prize-per-person limit.

Prizes may trigger tax obligations, withholding, reporting or taxes under the law applicable to the winner and organiser. Winners must provide necessary information where legally required. No uniform tax treatment across all countries is guaranteed.

Content rights and publication You retain ownership of your video. By accepting for that upload, you grant Trompos Space S.L. a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence for 5 years from that acceptance, solely over the submitted content. It covers reproduction, public communication and distribution to administer the contest, publish on Trompos Space's website and social media, communications, recaps, winner publicity, organic and paid promotion of Trompos Space and the contest, and promotional archiving within that period.

Permitted adaptations include cropping, resizing or reframing, compression, subtitles, overlays, branding, vertical or horizontal adaptation, reasonable excerpts, technical editing and combining content in montages or recaps. Changes that misrepresent the content or harm a person's honour or dignity are not permitted.

The licence does not permit sublicensing for independent commercial exploitation by third parties. Technical providers and platforms may be involved only to carry out the authorised uses. It ends after 5 years; records required for legal obligations or evidence are kept separately without continued promotional exploitation.

Image and voice permission is limited to the same purposes and period. Statutory rights to revoke or withdraw permission are respected; this licence does not remove them. Requests may be sent to hola@tromposspace.es. Valid withdrawals and substantiated rights complaints will be addressed, without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing based on valid consent.

People and minors shown The uploader declares that they are an adult, hold sufficient rights to the video and have permission from recognisable people for their image and voice. Where identifiable minors appear, they declare that they hold the necessary permissions from their legal representatives for their appearance and the described uses during the licence period, respecting the child's best interests and applicable legal requirements.

The uploader must state whether minors appear. Trompos Space may request reasonable evidence of permissions; failure to supply it when requested may lead to rejection, removal or disqualification. An uploader's declaration does not replace actual third-party permissions. A substantiated rights complaint may lead to removal.

Marketing is not a condition of entering or voting.

D. Security, logs and fraud. We process available technical identifiers, timestamps, access and operation logs, errors and abuse signals to protect the service and contest integrity, investigate incidents and defend claims. The basis is the organiser's legitimate interest in preventing abuse and ensuring reliable votes and results, limited to necessary, proportionate data and actions while considering individuals' rights. Applicable legal retention duties rely on their own basis. Technical providers for the services used are involved: Railway, Supabase, Cloudflare Stream and Resend depending on the operation. Logs are kept only as needed for those purposes and liabilities; retention is not indefinite.

Rules and consent evidence retains the accepted version and text, identity, date and necessary context for as long as acceptance needs to be evidenced and during legal liability periods. Once no longer necessary, data should be erased or anonymised; no automated deletion mechanism that the service has not implemented is promised.

Only ready and approved videos, their title and category, alias or first name with first-surname initial, and valid vote counts are public. Email, full surnames, private social accounts and internal data are not published. The public and platforms distributing content receive only data covered by authorised publication. We do not sell participant or voter data. Authorities receive information where legally required.

Railway hosts the application; Supabase provides the database and authentication; Cloudflare Stream processes, plays and distributes video; Resend sends emails where applicable. Processing is not presumed to occur entirely in the EU. An international transfer subject to the GDPR must rely on an applicable legal mechanism, such as an adequacy decision or valid contractual safeguards with necessary measures. You may request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability where applicable, and withdraw consent where it is the basis, without affecting earlier lawfulness. Optional marketing I would like to receive news and offers from Trompos Space. The checkbox is optional, unchecked by default and not a condition of entering or voting. Consent is separate from the rules, privacy information and video publication. It may be withdrawn at any time at hola@tromposspace.es or through the unsubscribe facility in communications, without affecting the contest.

Invalid entries Review is based on evidenced reasons related to these rules, not arbitrary decisions. Invalid votes do not count and ineligible entries may be rejected, removed or disqualified. An incident review may be requested through the organiser's contact, without enabling new votes after closure.

Scope and disruptions Participation is available internationally only where participation, operation and prize delivery are legally possible and not prohibited. A legal restriction, applicable sanction or actual inability to deliver may prevent a prize being awarded and justify the corresponding exclusion. This clause will not be applied arbitrarily.

Force majeure, serious outages, provider failures or evidenced technical errors affecting the contest may require proportionate measures: restoring service, correcting or invalidating corrupt operations, extending the deadline only where strictly necessary, or amending or cancelling only for serious cause. Measures and reasons will be communicated transparently. No arbitrary right to change material rules is reserved.

Unless expressly stated, Instagram, TikTok, Meta and other platforms used to communicate the contest do not sponsor, administer or endorse it. If the ES and EN versions differ in interpretation, the Spanish version prevails, without prejudice to mandatory rules and rights in the applicable jurisdiction.

Only ready and approved videos, their title and category, alias or first name with first-surname initial, and valid vote counts are public. Email, full surnames, private social accounts and internal data are not published. The public and platforms distributing content receive only data covered by authorised publication. We do not sell participant or voter data. Authorities receive information where legally required.

Railway hosts the application; Supabase provides the database and authentication; Cloudflare Stream processes, plays and distributes video; Resend sends emails where applicable. Processing is not presumed to occur entirely in the EU. An international transfer subject to the GDPR must rely on an applicable legal mechanism, such as an adequacy decision or valid contractual safeguards with necessary measures. You may request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability where applicable, and withdraw consent where it is the basis, without affecting earlier lawfulness. You may complain to the competent data protection authority, including Spain's Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (www.aepd.es). Prize decisions with legal effects are not made solely automatically: moderation and final checks are human.
